I love chocolate, especially dark-chocolate. In fact, I really just love all sweets in general. You might say that my natural tendency is towards sugary items. Or maybe not. Maybe my pallet has become more and more desiring of sweets over the years because I have allowed myself to indulge in them. Maybe I have control... all I know is that right now - I like chocolate.
The problem is, I also have goals for my physique that disagree with my desires for such delicacies. But saying no is sometimes incredibly difficult.
You see, I know that if I have chocolate in the house, I will more than likely eat it - OK, I DEFINITELY will eat it. I've learned that the only way to keep myself from INDULGING my DYSFUNCTION is to DISCARD it all together.
Stop consulting with compromise. Throw it out.
